Lisa, originally from Austell and now living in Marietta, brings a diverse career background to her role at Nelson Exteriors. With 8 years as a Maintenance Manager in property management and 15 years in the restaurant industry, Lisa honed her skills in operations, customer service, and team management. Her experience building a property management company from the ground up led her to Nelson Exteriors, where she has become an essential part of our team, supporting our growth with her expertise and passion for customer satisfaction.
The Evolution of Lisa's Role at Nelson Exteriors
Lisa started with Nelson Exteriors as a Lead Intake Specialist. From there, she moved into a temporary role as a Job Coordinator, where she handled the initial stages of hiring, including reviewing resumes and conducting interviews. Over the years, her role has expanded, and today, she serves as Office Manager while also taking on the additional responsibility of Human Resources.
Despite her title, Lisa's role is far from one-dimensional. She oversees daily operations, keeps communication flowing smoothly between departments, and ensures that the sales and project teams are supported. She thrives on the unpredictability of the job and enjoys the daily challenges that come with managing a busy office.
"The best part of my job is that every day is different; there are always new challenges and opportunities for growth," Lisa explains.

When she's not working hard behind the scenes, Lisa enjoys a balanced life filled with activities she loves. She's an avid reader, enjoys traveling, and loves attending concerts and live music events. Spending time with her husband, family, and friends is also a top priority in her free time. While Lisa isn't a big sports fan, she enjoys attending Atlanta United games and supporting her local community.
