Austin began his contracting career in painting and flooring, followed by a role in roofing sales, before joining the Nelson Exteriors team in July 2024.

"Watching the transformation of homes and interacting with homeowners during and after the project is incredibly rewarding," Austin shares. "Being part of these changes and seeing the excitement on customers' faces makes this career path fulfilling."
